Creating and updating job descriptions for various job portals, Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms),Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates, Screen incoming resumes and application forms, Interview candidates, Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers, Following up on the interview process status, Any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time.
