1- Planning and Achieving the daily / monthly Store as well as category sales Targets of the stores
2- Handling Customer queries
3- To ensure superior customer service at all times.
4- Ensure major customer issues / complaints /feedbacks are escalated to the State Head.
5- Ensure appropriate look and feel, smooth running and security of own stores
6- Maximize the store Profitability and Productivity by following the productivity parameters
7- Plan ordering and managing stock levels as per Company’s SOP.
8- Providing inputs towards product development / Quality Issues
9- To ensure VM Guidelines are followed and adhered to at the store
10- Enhancing the customer experience by providing feedback / guidance to the team on Visual Merchandising
11- Ensure the Optimum utilization of the Store space & showcasing the right merchandise mix to maximise SPF for the categories
12- Regular analysis of sales and stocks – region / store / category wise
13- To prepare various reports as per the timelines, daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly
14- Self development Team development by constant coaching and training
15- Running a detailed induction program along with HR & Training department for induction of new team members.
16- To ensure that all team members are groomed as per company standards and adhere to the code of conduct.
17- Communication skills should be of highest standards and focus towards customers and building relations would be one of the major priorities.
