- Calling people and spreading awareness about company and its services
- Knowledge about MS Office and Internet
- Flair in handling EPABX operations
- Receiving and dispatching couriers
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of company
- Lead generations through phone calling
- Calling up outbound Prospective Clients
- Calling companies and gathering contact details of POI (Persons of Interest)
- Knowledge of email marketing is added advantage
- Cold calling knowledge
- Tele calling with convincing capability
- Be friendly and confident
