Job Info –
- Minimum 12th passed and pursuing graduation, preferably graduate or equivalent with a minimum 1 year of experience in call centre.
- Able to speak, read and write in Assamese, Hindi ,Bengali & Boro
- Able to communicate confidently and politely, with good communication skills.
- Preferably a DDU-GKY trained candidate.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for resolution of queries received through calls for all queries
- Will be responsible for validation of records
- Will be responsible for promotion of DDU-GKY programme and IEC activities
- Capture PPS payment details of the Placed candidates
