- Flexibility to work only on USA shift.
- Provide exceptional customer support when communicating and assisting USA customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Good Key Board Skills.
- Good Knowledge on Internet.
- Excellent navigational and multi-tasking skills on the computer.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to build rapport with people.
- 6 day working, rotational weekly off.
- Work effectively as a team member and facilitate cooperative environment.
