We are looking for an enthusiastic ideal candidate as ‘Customer Service Representatives’ who loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting client ex-employees leads into passionate evangelists.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with employees via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to client leads from the recruitment aspects
- Work with internal departments to meet client’s needs
- Language Fluency- Cantonese and or Mandarin (Mandatory)
Qualifications
- At least 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Cantonese and or Mandarin languages are necessary requirement.
- Shift availability-Night Shift
- Resources-Must have Laptop/ Broadband Connection
