Job Info –
- Minimum 1 year experience required as Team Leader on papers.
- Manage a team of 15-20 CSRs
- Monitor and drive teams to ensure all KRAs are achieved.
- Team Leaders role is to ensure individual agents are performing as per process SLAs,
- Team Leader is responsible for team performance/ attendance/ shrinkage & achieving SLA.
- Work along with supervisors and Quality team to meet the KPIs.
- Attend calibration sessions with Quality team.
- Provide feedback to team members based on observations made by the quality team.
- Should be flexible with rotational shifts & rotational week off.
