We are looking for a Receptionist and Office Runner to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

What you will really be doing

• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
• Maintaining the office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• Recording visitor Information as per COVID Protocol.
• Visitor management
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
• Handling incoming and outing Courier/deliveries
• Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail / parcels
• Helping organise and maintain office common Areas
• Performing general office clerk duties and errands
• Supporting office administration team

How you will be doing this

• You’ll be part of an agile, multidisciplinary and creative team and work closely with them to ensure the best results.
• You’ll think creatively and be motivated by challenges and constantly striving for the best.
• You’ll work with cutting edge technology, if you need software or hardware to get the job done efficiently, you can get it. We even have a robot!

Skills and requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Professional attitude
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Customer service attitude
• High school degree
• Ideally passion for games
