Digital Content Writer
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- plan, produce and distribute original written, visual and audio content aligned with SEO best practices for distribution across relevant owned, earned and paid channels
- conduct content topic and keyword research from first- and third-party sources
- own, review and optimise content and assets for Fundnel’s website and social media pages
- pitch new topics to add value to Fundnel’s content strategy
- coordinate content development and editorial calendar
- prepare press releases, awards submissions and publicity materials for the company and relevant spokespeople
- fulfil additional content/communications deliverables as needed
YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT FOR US IF YOU
- were communications major in school
- have at least 5 years’ experience in journalism or writing for a global audience
- are familiar with private investments, venture capital and startup ecosystem
- have a strong interest in Investments, Technology, Business and/or Social Sciences
- have demonstrated research and critical thinking skills
- understand how to translate data into insightful stories
- are knowledgeable of content management systems and SEO best practices
