What you’ll achieve

As an IT Technical Content Writer you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and improvement of the Technical content of our services and processes that involve infrastructure supporting the Dell Digital cloud. You will work with Customers/ SME’s/Product Owners/Product Teams on gathering and building content for IT Infrastructure across Dell Digital.

You will

Produce high-quality product content that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended personas/audiences
Work with engineering teams and other writers in a global environment to ensure high quality content
Work with and be part of the teams developing the solution and collaborate with engineers, testers, and other writers to obtain an understandingof the product/solution and the documentation requirements
Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
Review and edit knowledgebase articles, technical alerts and customer communications for grammar, spelling, and adherence to company and product style guidelines.
