Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints via Call.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Making sure that customer’s Issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
Required Candidate profile
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills Should be Target oriented.
- Perseverance and ability to work in challenging environment under time deadlines.
- Experience in Outbound Calling.
