Job brief
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing programs. This position will report directly to the CEO of the company and will have the opportunity to have a direct and immediate impact on the business. We are looking for a creative, intelligent, self-motivated team player, inspired by a challenge, and can both lead and collaborate with others.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a rich content that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
- Grow new marketing-qualified leads, convert site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
- Establish inbound marketing strategies to convert leads to customers
- Continuously refine our process to stay current in the digital marketing ecosystem
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations & Strategy
- Hands-on experience in automation tools, preferably Mailchimp and Hubspot CRM
- Good in writing & communication – should be capable of drafting emails, writing blogs, and whitepapers in order to generate web traffic, convert visitors to leads and nurture them
- Should have handled webinar tools – GoToWebinar, WebEx, AnyMeeting preferred
- Bonus: Knowledge about design, UX/UI, and HTML/CSS
