Work you’ll do

As a part of this team, you will be responsible for:

  • Adding courses and classes to all of the Deloitte Learning Management Systems;
  • Processing of all adhoc reports;
  • Monitoring classes course enrolment;
  • Accurate and detailed information to be prevalent in all systems that are used to provide learning support activity;
  • Source and schedule facilitators;
  • Managing facilitator trackers (internal and external), analysing gaps for upcoming courses, and appropriate escalation;
  • Review feedback, report and distribute facilitator feedback to stakeholders
  • Processing approvals and cancellations;
  • Distribution of electronic training materials and pre-work;
  • Supporting virtual deliveries and supporting facilitators where required;
  • Closing classes and processing of post course evaluations and feedback
  • Raise purchase orders, account assign invoices, work with the Accounts Payable team to ensure the invoices are processed accurately and within terms and conditions
  • Where applicable managing internal cost recharges;
  • Ensure all system related activities or updates are completed accurately in time deadlines and in line with procedural guidelines;
  • Assist with Event administrative duties, booking suitable venues, purchase orders, assisting with supplier management and setting up evaluations;
  • Query management and quality assurance tasks understood and adhered too;
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings were appropriate;
  • Updating supporting learning applications with learner history;
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate Data Protection legislation at all times;
  • Contribute to wider projects and initiatives in the Central Business Services as required;
  • Understand and working within Service Level and Operational Level Agreements;
  • Administration of other Learning Support Services processes as required;
  • Liaison with other HR Services teams as appropriate, as well as the wider Central Business Services team

  • They should also be able to work using their own initiative, customer focus, with a good understanding of the client’s needs and priorities.
