Job Info –
As a admin officer you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of office systems and work space, ensuring an efficient and productive work environment for Operations & Support teams.You will be required to work independently but occasionally consult with and support the Management staff along with coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth running of building Operations
Periodic checks of power supply and backups.
Liaise with electricity , water board, departments for uninterrupted services.
Assist in planning and arranging events.
Manages reception area and look after visitor management system
Interact with management and highlight the areas need attention.
Random Monitoring of CCTV cameras & Access controls.
Supervision and audits of security guards & employee/visitor log books.
Communicate the facility security policies  to employees ( clean desk/clean room policy/no pen/paper/cellphone/bags on floor )
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Manage correspondence (e-mail, letters,calls etc.)
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Assist employees and management whenever necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Should be flexible to work in US shifts 24/7 environment.
High school diploma/Graduate/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
