EGS Commercial Real estate team has 470+ team members across Hyderabad and Bengaluru. This team provides back-end support on all commercial real estate loans originated by Wells Fargo and provides servicing support for 500+ billion outstanding loans.
About the Role
Performs activities related to Commercial Real Estate loans, which includes analyzing the performance of a property/portfolio based on review of client provided data, market research and LOB specific lending guidelines.
Responsibilities
Responsibility includes, but not limited to:
- Process all the loans assigned as per the targets
- Quality of processed loans should be as per the targets
- Flexibility to work in shifts and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Qualification:
- Good accounting and communication skills a must.
- Graduation in Commerce background
