We’re now recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in JCB World Headquarters
An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Electrician to join the Maintenance Team at JCB World Headquarters based at Rocester, reporting to the Maintenance Group Leader.
About you:
You will need to be self-motivated and possess well developed communication skills, a good sense of urgency, flexibility, versatility and commitment will be qualities you pride yourself on. An effective and enthusiastic team member is essential.
- Time served electrical/mechanical engineering apprenticeship
- Qualified to HNC level or equivalent in electrical/mechanical engineering is desirable
- Experience of fault finding and repair of process plant
- Experience of working in a CNC machining environment
- AC/DC drives
- Experienced with reactive and pro-active maintenance
- Able to plan and organise work schedules to meet deadlines
- As a maintenance electrician you will also need to have knowledge of machine tools, conveyors, cranes, Numerical controls systems, including TPM, OEE & Lean.
- A flexible approach is essential as is working to demanding deadlines.
- Experience in a high quality, high volume product environment with a culture of achievement and continuous improvement is essential.
