Responsibilities
- Manage a large, diversified portfolio of engagements
- Own and manage the P&L end to end
- Manage delivery across the engagements, Customer satisfaction and Employee satisfaction
- Delivery management, growth, profitability, thought leadership in the vertical. Setup of team structure, execution processes, monitoring and tracking systems and quality control for the team
- Drive governance meetings with both customer and internal stake holders.
- Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
- Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team.
- Drive innovation and delivery value to customer
Skills & Experience Required
- Excellent understanding of delivery and program management
- Prior experience of management large portfolio
- Very good understanding of P&L
- Very good at stakeholder management
- Ability to handle multiple competing programs
- Ability to review SOW, evaluation of estimates, preparing management reports, weekly and monthly status reports
- Strong expertise in work planning, estimating/budgeting, resource planning, risk assessment, expectation management, scope and issue management
- Ability to work with different levels of management throughout an organization, excellent customer focus.
