• Candidate should be from Food processing industry only
• Experience in stick, wafer, chocolate and candy is most preferred
• Ensure the production process in your line is as per the SOP(standard Operating Procedure)
• Ensure all the raw material and laminate is readily available before start of production in all lines under your supervision
• Ensure production schedule is met within the stipulated time and achieve daily targets
• Make sure products are produced on time and are of good quality
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Monitor product standards and check the quality, of product from time to time
• Liaise with different departments
• Maximize the efficiency of production in lines ensuring the effective manpower utilization
• Supervise and motivate team operators and helpers
• Ensure manpower is effectively utilization
• Minimize the Accidents in your line and reduce it to zero accidents
• Ensure the Total line is kept neat and clean without any spill over of product and ensure the floor is kept neat always
• Prepare the deployment sheet and ensure all workers are capture, Deployed Vs Available
• Write all the relevant MIS reports and ensure it reach the concerns before close of production.
• Monitor the labour attendance and ensure they are working at same place throughout the shift
• CB packing should be as per QC standards
• Minimize the Rejection of the product in the line
• Utilization of Rework whenever required and reduce the rework
• Attend all training programs
• Ensure all the machines are calibrated properly on weekly basis
• Ensure all the machines are running properly
• Support maintenance team for weekly calibration of machines
• Follow all safety precaution during production
• Ensure all the operators and workers maintain proper discipline
• Educate and train operators and helpers on SOP/Hygiene/Safety/
