- OFS tech team is responsible for financial products of the company like BNPL/Insurance/ Asset Finance etc
- Our internal tech team is responsible for end to end inhouse tech support which includes but is not limited to design, development & deployment.

- Job Summary:
- Participate in the full development life cycle, working within broadly defined parameters including design, development, testing, and maintenance of the existing application with minimal supervision.
- Work on optimization and performance improvement activities. Instrument and test performance metrics.
- Unit testing and deployment.
- Participate in peer-to-peer code review to improve the quality and maintenance of the code base.
- Collaboration with multiple internal/external stakeholders such as product, business, DBA and Dev Ops.
- Execution ability focus on delivering products in a timely manner with high quality
- Process adherence for tech and organizational policies.
- Should be able to prepare technical documentation which include data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams and low level and high level design of an application/services.
- Experience & Skills Required
- 8+ years of development experience in a product firm.
- Experience in translating requirements into technical design specifications and documentation, as well as executing development projects from conception to delivery.
- Design scalable applications to support high volume business transactions/multi tenanted distributed systems.
- Hands on experience and knowledge of engineering end to end systems.
- Understanding of complete software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews.
- Familiarity with multiple software development practices and tools, and the proven ability to adapt, champion and institute good practices and tools.
- Ability to write clean, modular and loosely coupled code by the use of design patterns.
- Build and develop production qualified code adhering all the engineering practices.
- Solid understanding and hands on of at least one framework to build services/platforms/applications.
- Proficiency in implementation of algorithms and use of advanced data structures to solve problems in computing.
- Ability to work independently and able to research innovative solutions for challenging business/technical problems
- Contribute to define software architecture by proposing efficient solutions, challenge technical decisions, web services designs and provide inputs for improvement.
- Solid foundation and implementing principles of computer science is must. Ex: object-oriented programming, concurrency, fundamentals of computer-science, SQL Non-SQL databases.
- Strong team player with open mindset to learn new technologies and Knowledge of common SDLC.
