Job Description for City Supervisor – Fruit & vegetable Quality 

1. Quality checks as per the Flipkart specification for Fruits & vegetables
2. To conduct the vendor audits as per the quality & hygiene standards
3. To train the fruits & vegetable executives on the fruits & vegetable specifications, guidelines, operating procedure & other operational guidelines
4. To ensure operations at the vendor location happens as per the SOP
5. To report & highlight the deviations with regard to the FnV QC to the city leads
6. Supervise the various vendor sites & coordinate with the vendor POC
7. Report & analyze the issues if there are any customer escalations
8. Ensure coordination with the city site supervisors to have a seamless operation.
