About the team
Process Engineer team handles design, implementation ,dry-run & roll out of new processes & FCs.
About the role
The incumbent shall be responsible for, Key stakeholders management ensuring that the management expectations are met and design, implementation, dry-run & Go-Live of new processes/FCs. Also, initiate and drive operational projects. Drive incremental changes in the current processes and productivity.
What you’ll do:

Stake holder management.

Warehouse setup – Design, Implementation, dry-run & Go-Live of new Fulfilment Centre.

New process pilot, trouble shoot & deployment.

Application testing

Should be able to understand Standard operating procedure & train the trainers.

Effective communication & co-ordination with stakeholders.

Flexible to travel PAN India based on business requirement.

Initiate and drive operations projects

Ensuring end-to-end adherence of SOPs

Drive incremental changes in current processes to increase productivity and process
What You (incumbent) will need
-
Graduate with 3+ years of experience.

Hands on experience in ERP/Application testing
-
Knowledge of industrial engineering.

Previous experience in infra(equipment) & capacity calculation is preferable

Manufacturing / Warehousing Industry experience

Proficient in MS office.

Knowledge of TMS (time & motion study) or MOST
-
Comfort in working in unstructured environments and fast timelines
