As a Lead Mechanical Component Engineer, you will be responsible for activities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions and systems. It also includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge.
As a Lead Engineer – Mechanical Component, you will be responsible for:
- Executing the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and standards.
- Performing mechanical and/or electrical engineering for all products
- Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations.
- Working together with senior leadership stakeholders. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research.
- Delivering products as part of a team. Works on cross functional teams.
- Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED
- Have a minimum 3 years of experience in Mechanical Component
- Ability to work and communicate well with others
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
