Responsibilities:

• Report Making -Pull out reports based on relevant data maintained.
• Database Management- Creating, maintaining and enhancing FIIB records.
• PPT creation and preparation of Minutes of the meetings.
• Data and record Management and Staff Support.
• Provide record keeping and statistical reporting services.
• Maintaining files and personnel database
• Drafting and Creating Various Reports for the accreditation work assigned by the Registrar office or concerned person

Requirements:

• Excellent Knowledge of Word, Excel , PPT & internet;
• Good English Communication.
• Should be able to draft reports, email and prepare minutes of the meeting.
• Should be able to maintain records properly.
• Good in written and Communication skills
• Can handle pressure and has eye for details.
• Hardworking ,Punctual and Disciplined
• Flexible in accepting work.
• Graduate with minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience
