We’re looking for a Content Writer who can proactively conceptualize content ideas and deliver them across a wide range of formats for various campaigns at Thence.
You will be working closely with the Marketing Communications Team and our Leadership to help deliver content across platforms. Qualified candidates will be self-starters and can take on multiple personas to create content that appeals to different audiences.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand the personas of the business and talent side target audience and develop messaging that will persuade and engage
- Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ideate with creative content ideas.
- Conceptualize content for multiple platforms including web and social
- Write various forms of long form content (whitepapers, case studies, articles, blogs, web pages) and short form content (social media posts, infographics, blurbs, ads)
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience of working under pressure to deliver high quality outputs in a short span of time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience working as a Content Writer or in developing content.
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline related to communication.
- Knowledge of writing, editing and proofreading tools
- Sufficient knowledge of the tech industry with an inclination towards product management/design/engineering will be an advantage.
