A talented and passionate Content Developer will lead the design and production of visual content to support the development and adoption of business process management solutions in Customer Service. This role will work collaboratively with strategists, business stakeholders and program managers across the world.
A design portfolio or show reel, to highlight your skills and achievements, will be requested as part of the hiring process for this role.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the design and production of compelling, effective, and easy to use content for different users and stakeholder groups.
· Manage maintenance and updates to existing user facing content. This includes providing a user-friendly interface, organizing and maintaining design assets, use Amazon and Customer Service branding and accessibility guidelines.
· Identify and apply communications tools and technologies to maximize efficiency and impact of communication with stakeholders and teams within and outside CS.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 2+ years’ experience creating content with visual design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Publisher, Adobe Creative programs, etc.
· Demonstrated front-end design experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
· Demonstrated ability to quickly capture the attention of a large and diverse audience with short-form content.
· Have a high degree of attention to detail, managing multiple content production projects at once and managing feedback from stakeholders.
· Proficient communicator (verbal and written), comfortable with creating inclusive content for diverse teams.
· Experience designing and owning communication initiatives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Certification in Design Thinking or related knowledge areas.
· Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field is advantageous but not essential (degree in Graphic/Web Design, Journalism, Marketing or a related field).
· Project management skills and experience, including managing cross-functional teams and change management strategies.
· Knowledge of trending and emerging online multimedia tools and formats.
· Experience with web design (sitemap and wireframe creation).
· Additional language skills.
